- “PSI” Jar Test Flocculator used for a uniform stirring of samples in a water testing laboratory.
- “PSI” Jar Test Apparatus models are provided with a speed regulator for variable speed, Fixed speed, S.S. Stirring shafts with adjustable height, an S.S. propeller, and an illumination light.
- A digital speed display and digital timer are provided for the user to record the data. Microcomputer control PLC with a large touch screen can be provided for data recording & automatic modification in the program.
- DC Motor and Speed Controller are two main parts of the jar test flocculation which are connected by electric wiring cables for easy maintenance.
- Stirring heads are very easy to operate & can be lifted easily at the time of placing beakers.
- High precision stepper DC motor with DC drive is controlled by a speed knob regulator.
- Jar tester can be operated at different speeds – The minimum speed of a jar tester is 5 RPM
- The base of the jar test apparatus is always illuminated with a white LED light which allows the user to observe the formation of the alum and, the size of the alum which is settling down in the bottom.
- Jar Test complete body made of GI powder coated with plexiglass bottom for light display.
