Low temperature water baths have been specifically designed & fabricated to match & suit various i.s. Standard applications in many fields including medical, agricultural institutions, bio-chemical industrial and research laboratories.

Features:

• Temperature range ambient to -20°c to -70°c
• Equipped with digital temperature controller, with accuracy up to ±0.1°c.

Rectangular water bath is useful for boiling and general purpose work. Rectangular Water Bath is made up of long lasting single walled kettle element. Made of thick gauge stainless steel, the lid is having 6 or 12 holes with concentric rings.

We manufacture and export rectangular, constant temperature water baths also known as double walled construction. Its Inner chamber is made of stainless steel and outer body made of mild steel duly powder coated. Temperature range 5°C above ambient to 99°C. Fitted with immersion type heater, digital temp. Controller cum indicator accuracy 1.5°C. Operating on 230V AC. fitted with circular pump with stirrer.

We manufacture and export viscosity bath. It has the following features:

• Temp Range : Above ambient to 99.9ºC, 0ºC TO 99.9ºC, -10ºC to 99.9ºC
• Accuracy : ±0.1ºC TO 0.5ºC

Circulations : Efficient motor of 1440 RPM Top mounted is installed for stirring to get temp uniformity

Heaters : S. S. Tubular Heaters for maintaining of temp.

Refrigeration Systems : Hermetically sealed compressor provides temp. for below ambient conditions, Refrigerant CFC free

Temp. Control : Solid State Electronic Digital Temp. Control Panel housing all the control switches with PT – 100 sensor.

Optional : Models available as per GMP, Complete S. S unit, Strip Chart Recorder. Microprocessor based PID temp. Control with printer interface, RS 232 CPC, RS-485 interface for multiple networking of controller.

Validation Protocols : Validation Protocols for IQ OQ PQ & DQ complete documentation with reports, Calibration & Test Certificate traceable to National & International Standards.

Safety Features : Safety thermostats for over shooting of temp. safety circuit to cut off the whole system in case of malfunction ( Applicable to microprocessor based models only) HRC fuses for compressor heaters & mains, time delay circuit for safety of compressor

Special care : A suitable K.V.A. servo controlled voltage stabilizer is recommended.

We manufacture and supply digital oil bath. Double walled outer mild steel and stainless steel & Inner S.S.304 argon welded digital oil bath is supplied with thermostat. Temp. ranges from 50 ˚C to 300 ˚C ± 5 ˚C.
